I was asked to develop a financial model for a travel industry company that submits licence applications to ATOL.

It was requested that I automate the production of a profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow forecast.

After an initial consultation with the client I understood the requirements and developed a financial model using Excel.

​

There were some challenges with developing such a complex model however having developed my Excel experience over ten years I was able to put together an effective model.

​

My client has stated that it has drastically reduced the amount of time he needed to spend on each application and as a result increased his profitability.
